Housing Assistance

People who experience homelessness deserve access to services to assist them in becoming stably housed, as well as assist them with accessing other resources to meet their basic needs.  For help, call the Homeless Outreach Services Team at 651-430-6488.

We’re all trying to accomplish something – and sometimes, when we hit obstacles, we need a little help. Someone to answer questions, or lend their expertise. Someone to listen and help us clarify our plan of action. That’s where we come in. Every day, we come to work and help people accomplish their goals. We’ve got experts in the community and economic development ready to lend a hand to your city or township. We’ve got an award-winning counseling staff ready to help you with all your homeownership needs and questions. And, we manage programs, from affordable rentals to self-sufficiency initiatives, that can not only give you a safe and decent place to call home but put you on the path to greater earning power and independence.

SNAP

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps Minnesotans with low incomes, including temporary low incomes, get the food they need for nutritious and well-balanced meals. The program provides extra support to help stretch a household's food budget and is not meant to cover all the groceries a family needs.
